… Was Gertie. Animated in 1914 by Winsor McCay, the great early American Animator. Gertie, if you pay attention, demolishes a rock, and then, amazingly, an entire tree, making the man-eating T-Rex of Jurassic Park look completely weak. And if that wasn’t vicious enough, Gertie proceeds to toss a live elephant into a nearby lake, and brutally murder it when it sprays her. Luckily, this savage behaviour has been preserved via YouTube. Check it out below:

    weird, but the classic theme give it a non-scary feel.
